I'll be reading poems at
The Waves again this Sunday, July 3rd from 5 PM - 8
PM CST at The Center for Performing Arts 3754 Pleasant Ave.
Minneapolis, MN 55409. The Waves is a monthly genre-crossing,
multimedia, collaborative music + poetry event. This show features me, Grace Edgcumbe,
James Holdman, Jeff Johnson, Luke Pingel, Mike Olson,
Paula Cisewski,
Philip Blackburn,
Ryann Daisy Swimmer, and The Stein-O-Caster (which is a Steinway played like a Stratocaster, as conceived + conjured by
Jeffrey Brooks). I'll be showing 3 video poems and reading a poem spontaneously accompanied by
musician Jeff Johnson. Doors open at 4:45 PM, admission is $10, and
proof of vaccination is required for entry. Hope to see you there!
