Accepting submissions for November issue of Sporklet

I'm delighted to be guest editing the November issue of Sporklet. I'm accepting submissions now thru the end of September.

Email 3-5 poems or flash (fiction or essay--1000 words each max) to sporkletnovember@gmail.com. Send as a single DOC or PDF. Include a brief bio in your email. Simultaneous submissions are OK, but email to let me know if your work is accepted elsewhere.

Send heart songs that reverberate from someplace deep inside your ribcage, opening and then closing back around themselves like wounds. Send landscapes that sound like tumbleweeds and smell faintly of bergamot. Send scraps of language you found written under torn wall paper or freeway overpasses. For the love of trees, send things you care about.
